At BounceHouseFun.com our goal is to offer our customers a quick, reliable, and economical shipping service. Shipping costs continue to be one of the most challenging aspects of our business. We are continuously striving to sell and ship our products at better prices than can be found in any stores or on any other online retail site! In an effort to provide you with outstanding service, we vow to offer the most competetive shipping rates available. BounceHouseFun.com will never charge a handling fee on our products and we will never over charge for any packaging fees.
Shipping Times
Our listed shipping costs only apply to the 48 continental United States. However, we ship to locations all over the world. If you live outside the 48 states, please email us at customerservice@bouncehousefun.com or call us at 1-888-635-8721 and we will be able to serve your needs on an individual basis. Presently, we contract DHL-Express Service to handle our shipping needs. DHL is well known for shipping reliability and their value rates are currently unmatched. Generally your order will process immediately after the 24 hour Cancellation Policy passes. Shipping times usually run between 2 to 5 business days to most locations. Orders are available for 1 or 2 day express delivery. Please feel free to contact us directly by phone if you require a rush delivery service.
Oversized Items
Some of our products are quite large, even before assembly, specifically a few of our play sets and playhouses. The boxes these products are shipped in from the manufacturers are too large for us to ship via DHL, UPS, Fedex, etc. These items are shipped to you via a freight company, (on semi trucks). Items requiring freight delivery are noted as such in the product description. Freight delivery only includes "curb-side" service. In other words, your items will be delivered to the end of your driveway. You will be contacted via telephone to schedule a date and time for your delivery. The freight drivers are NOT responsible for moving your item up to or in to your home. Please make sure you have appropriate help available for your scheduled delivery.
